Bed Linen & Towels
As you may appreciate, many guests choose to bring their own bed linen (for 2 king size (UK) and 2 single duvets) and bath towels with them.
if you wish, we would be pleased to make up the beds ready for your arrival with white Egyptian cotton Bed Linen and provide white cotton Bath Towels at a cost of £9.50 per person.
Tea towels, bath mats, rubber shower mats and a hand towel for each bathroom are provided.
Guests should bring baby bed linen, blankets and a pillow for the cot.
Central / Electric Heating, EV charging and Logs
Central heating, if needed, is charged for at cost based on oil usage (hot water is inclusive).
Electricity is included except for electric heating and EV vehicle charging which will be charged for at cost.
Logs are normally available in the log store at £3.00 a notional basket.
EPC Statement - The energy performance indicator of the building as stated on the energy performance certificate (EPC) is D. The walls, roof and floor are all insulated and the building is double-glazed throughout. A copy of the EPC will be available on check-in and at the cottage.
